About the Firm |

Mr. Misiorowski assembled his own team of attorneys who can provide unmatched service because of their professional backgrounds. The attorneys at the firm have solid experience in litigation, engineering, regulatory activities, and lobbying and are better positioned than most law firms to assist clients with complex environmental issues, whether the issue relates to a chemical spill or a contaminated property real estate transaction. The firm has expertly handled a variety of environmental incidents including fuel and/or chemical spills in waterways, air, and land, contract negotiations for real estate sale agreements of contaminated property (for both buyer and seller), lawsuits and/or appeals from state or federal agencies as well as private citizens, and legislative issues including lobbying and amicus briefs before the U.S. Supreme Court. The firm has been involved in environmental matters throughout the Midwest and East, and has assisted clients in hearings before USEPA, various state EPA agencies, the Illinois Pollution Control Board, various states’ natural resource agencies, state emergency response agencies, and other government agencies involved in cleanups or oversight of remediation projects.
